Rooms feature oak floors, original 19th-century frescoed ceilings, and some include freestanding bathtubs. Each room has a unique theme, such as the 'Camera del Tipografo' with antique printing type or 'Viaggiatore' with framed maps. All accommodations include Nespresso machines, electric kettles, C.O. Bigelow toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, HD TVs, and free Wi-Fi. Six rooms face Via Maggio with building views, while seven overlook an internal courtyard.

Breakfast and Daytime Dining

Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM in the wood-panelled Sott'Arno café, featuring house-made farm eggs, prosciutto, local cheeses, freshly baked pastries, and quince jam. From mid-morning, Sott'Arno opens to the public serving homemade cakes, panini, focaccia, and salads throughout the day. The café overlooks Via Maggio street.
